Consistent quality, returning customer

Nice baking tools
So I grabbed some stuff from KneadAce, mainly the Bench Scraper and Bakers Brush. They came pretty fast, like 4-5 days. The scraper feels solid and the brush is good for dusting flour. No complaints, it's all exactly what I needed for my sourdough. Made baking a bit easier, which is always a plus. Would recommend if you need these kind of tools.
PRO Kit was mostly great
I ordered the PRO Sourdough Kit. The items in the kit are good quality, especially the proofing baskets. They made a real difference in my bread. Shipping took 6 days which was a bit longer than I expected, but it wasn't a huge deal. The silicone spatula is also really handy.
